Technical Compliance Analyst - iGaming

About the role:

As the iGaming industry is governed by complex laws that are ever evolving we are looking for someone who has a global mindset and is flexible because in our day-to-day activities we must view our products and operations from multiple perspectives: clients and regulators expectations functional security requirements operational etc.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed assessments of existing products to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.
• Identify and documentcompliancegaps and potential risks.
• Write the business requirements resulted from the legislation analysis submit via the EveryMatrix Features process and support the process as needed.
• Offer support to Delivery Managers and Product Managers to establish the appropriate solution that would satisfy the requirement and ensurecompliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams both internal and on the client side including product development legal andcomplianceto ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
• Document the compliance features implemented for different markets and keep this knowledge base up to date.
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues including potential violations and breaches.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry standards and advise the company on necessary adjustments.
• Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related matters.
• Maintain detailed records of compliance activities and findings.
• Work closely with external regulatory bodies and stakeholders to ensure ongoingcompliance.
• Actively contribute in tenders wheretechnicalcomplianceinformation is needed.
• Participate and contribute in audits and regulatory reviews as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Law Finance or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
• Minimum of3years of experiencein a similar role inthe iGaming or gambling industry.
• Experience with regulatorycompliancein multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of iGaming regulations andcompliancerequirements.
• Proven ability to analyze complex regulatory documents and identifycompliancegaps.
• Proficient in MS Office and Jira.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using business analysis tools and software.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in business analysis (e.g. CBAP CCBA) or a related field.
• Familiarity with risk management and audit processes.
• Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the iGaming industry.
