What You ll Be Doing
- Drive and manage project success across cost schedule and performance metrics
- Lead development and qualification of electromechanical aerospace systems
- Oversee design testing vendor sourcing and risk mitigation efforts
- Direct and mentor engineering staff while managing departmental standards
- Represent engineering in cross-functional strategy and product planning
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Have hands-on experience with electromechanical actuation systems (gears motors drive screws controllers etc.
- Experience managing product development projects from start to finish
- Understand aerospace testing standards like DO-160 or MIL-STD protocols
- Proficient in SolidWorks FEA tools and design verification techniques
- Capable of leading process improvement and engineering change initiatives
