About the Role
QHT Clinic is looking for a Post-Surgery Patient Relationship Executive (Telecalling) to join our team in Noida. This role is primarily telephonic where you will be responsible for post-surgery follow-ups ensuring patient satisfaction addressing concerns and collecting feedback to improve the overall patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Post-Surgery Follow-Ups & Patient Care (Telecalling Focused)
- Conduct scheduled follow-up calls at different stages of the patient s recovery (immediate post-surgery weekly and monthly as needed).
- Ensure patients understand and adhere to post-surgery care instructions and resolve their concerns.
- Guide patients regarding medications hair care routines and recovery expectations.
- Assist in coordinating any follow-up consultations with doctors if required.
2. Patient Satisfaction & Relationship Building
- Act as the primary point of contact for post-surgery patients providing them with continuous support.
- Build strong relationships with patients and ensure they feel valued and cared for.
- Identify and escalate medical concerns or complications to the appropriate department.
- Ensure a smooth end-to-end patient experience from post-surgery care to recovery.
3. Patient Feedback & Reputation Management
- Request and collect Google reviews video testimonials and feedback from satisfied patients.
- Handle any patient dissatisfaction by addressing their concerns and ensuring resolution.
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote positive patient experiences and testimonials.
4. Coordination & Follow-Through
- Ensure patients receive their post-surgery medications and care kits on time.
- Keep track of patient follow-ups and interactions using CRM tools (experience with CRM is a plus).
- Work closely with the medical and customer service teams to ensure seamless patient support.
What We re Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in telecalling patient care or client relationship management (preferably in healthcare wellness or cosmetic surgery).
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Highly empathetic patient-focused and persuasive with a professional approach.
- Self-motivated proactive and well-organized in handling follow-ups and patient interactions.
- Ability to convince and encourage patients to provide feedback and Google reviews.
- Familiarity with CRM tools for managing patient follow-ups is an added advantage.
