Job Description
We are currently seeking a proactive and detailoriented Events Assistant to join our team in Austin TX. The ideal candidate will support the planning and execution of propertyrelated events ensuring seamless coordination and outstanding experiences for all participants. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment has excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for logistics.
Responsibilities
Assist with the planning coordination and execution of real estate events property showcases and industry meetups.
Support the Events Manager in scheduling venue bookings vendor coordination and client communication.
Prepare event materials signage guest lists and registration tools.
Coordinate onsite logistics during events including setup breakdown and troubleshooting.
Maintain detailed reports and documentation on event performance and feedback.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure branding and messaging are aligned with company goals.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Marketing or related field preferred.
1 year of experience in event coordination hospitality or administrative support.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends for events.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
