Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organized Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of company events open houses and client gatherings. This role is essential to maintaining our professional image and enhancing client engagement through seamless event coordination.
Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and setup of internal and external events
Manage event logistics including vendor communication and venue arrangements
Prepare promotional materials and eventrelated documentation
Monitor event budgets and timelines
Ensure a high level of professionalism and service during all events
