Manager Marketing Analytics & InsightsDigital Optimization (The Prudential Insurance Company of America Newark NJ)
Cultivate a test & learn environment by creating and analyzing customerfacing experiments. Utilize analytical tools to extract transform and analyze digital data. Specialized in using digital analytics tools like Google Adobe suite and others. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms social media analytics and advertising metrics. Utilize customer data to build out segmentation profiles and dashboards. Help define and continuously improve our digital data collection and visualization stack. Push automation and selfserve capabilities while ensuring accuracy and relevance of reports/dashboards. Ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions to optimize digital performance. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Tell stories that are anchored in improving and optimizing customer experience across all touch points: who are our most valuable customers and how can we acquire and nurture more of them.
Telecommuting permitted up to 60% per week.
Full time employment Monday Friday 40 hours per week. $133500 per year.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree in Statistics Computers Science Marketing Analytics or a related field and 5 years of postbaccalaureate work experience. Alternatively Masters degree in Statistics Computers Science Marketing Analytics or a related field and 3 years of related work experience will be accepted.
Of the required experience must have 2 years of experience in all of the following:
Adobe Analytics Adobe Tag Manager Adobe Marketo Adobe Target and Adobe AEM
Tableau
R SAS SQL programming and Python
Google Analytics
Hadoop and AWS
Telecommuting: Telecommuting permitted up to 60% per week.
