Create and edit multimedia content including videos graphics and audio materials to support program(s) initiatives and marketing efforts.
Collaborate with program staff to develop compelling content that highlights participant success stories program events and key achievements.
Manage the organizations social media platforms by creating and scheduling posts that engage and inform our audience.
Design marketing materials such as brochures flyers and digital ads to promote program activities and events.
Assist in the production of virtual and inperson events including setting up audiovisual equipment and live streaming.
Maintain and organize a multimedia library of photos videos and graphics for easy access and use by the team.
Ensure all multimedia content aligns with the organizations branding and messaging guidelines.
Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in multimedia content creation and social media management.
Provide technical support for multimediarelated projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Multimedia Graphic Design Communications or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in multimedia content creation including video production graphic design and social media management.
Proficiency in multimedia software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro After Effects Photoshop Illustrator) and video editing software.
Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging and impactful content.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Passion for youth development and commitment to the mission of the organization.

Work Requirements: Extensive standing sitting computer phone and deskwork required; some kneeling and lifting of up to 10 pounds required; work primarily in a defined office environment with specified hours although flexible hours including overtime may be required; interacts one on one and in groups with individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds.
This is an Exempt position.
The salary is: $52000.00 per year.
