In collaboration with HR leadership and key stakeholders the HR Business Partner (HRBP) aligns business objectives with employee and management needs across the home office and communities. This role builds strategic partnerships across the company to deliver valueadded services that support organizational and departmental goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide daily performance management support to the home office and community stakeholders including coaching counseling career development and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of employment laws to minimize risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage all employee lifecycle aspects including preboarding onboarding and offboarding.
- Serve as a change agent to promote and sustain a growthoriented culture.
- Address complex employee relations issues and conduct thorough objective investigations.
- Ensure unemployment claims are processed timely and company participates in hearings and appeals when necessary.
- Design and implement employeefocused initiatives aligned with business goals to enhance individual and team performance.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure objectives are achieved.
- Assess training needs and provide strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams as required.
- Adaptable to a fastpaced environment with strong task prioritization and flexibility.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform the development of targeted solutions programs and policies.
- May require local and overnight travel throughout all communities or businessrelated locations.
- Responsible for overseeing and auditing employee files to ensure compliance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including talent management compliance employee relations and organizational development along with a solid understanding of federal and state employment laws.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain consistent and regular attendance.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office ADP Lattice and other businessrelated software.
Education and Experience:
- A bachelors degree in human resources business or a related field is preferred.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRMCP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) credential or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment.
- Proven experience as a generalist or HRBP with three to five years of experience.
- Demonstrated success within the healthcare hospitality or real estate industries with a preference for experience working with seniors.

- While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. The employee is frequently required to sit use hands to finger handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand walk climb or balance. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
