Job Description

At the Public and Social Infrastructure Business we are responsible for central government agencies local governments universities/research institutions hospitals and social infrastructure companies nationwide in Japan.

This position will be in charge of social infrastructure companies (electricity gas railways etc.) in Eastern Japan.

Social infrastructure companies face a significant challenge in protecting their core infrastructure including IT/OT from growing threats. This presents a huge market where our company can provide support.

While we already have a strong track record in various markets we aim to expand our business further by approaching social infrastructure companies directly to discover new projects.

Simultaneously you will also approach key partners to support proposals for our companys products/services. You will collaborate with product sales teams marketing teams and other internal departments to enhance awareness and generate projects in the target market.

 


Qualifications :

Mandatory

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hightouch sales in the public sector or for enterprise companies.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the IT industry.
  • Preferably residing in Eastern Japan from a customer support perspective.

Preferred

  • Understanding of business flows and organizational structures in foreign IT vendors.

Desired Traits

  • Proactive communication skills in remote environments.
  • Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong selfmanagement skills.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing English.
