How youll make a difference
Drive growth opportunities across the NSW & ACT Aviation and Building Structures sectors identifying and pursuing strategic prospects that align with our vision.
Lead business development efforts by strengthening relationships with key clients and industry partners to secure longterm success.
Collaborate closely with National Practice Leaders and Client Account Managers to develop winning strategies and secure highimpact projects.
Shape and execute our ANZ Aviation strategy contributing to a bold vision that positions us at the forefront of the industry.
Leverage global expertise by connecting with our international aviation team to enhance project delivery and win work across ANZ.
Qualifications :
The qualities that help you thrive
15 years of proven experience in aviation and building structures with a track record of delivering complex projects.
Collaborative and inspiring leader focused on driving team performance and achieving shared success.
Deep passion for aviation underpinned by expert knowledge of industry standards guidelines and best practices.
Technically proficient in structural design with a sound understanding of Australian codes standards and regulatory frameworks.
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to build strong relationships with clients contractors consultants and stakeholders.
