Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Slot Technician to join our technical operations team. This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing gaming machines through comprehensive training and direct supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on gaming machines to ensure optimal functionality and performance
- Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Execute electronic repairs and collaborate with senior technicians on complex technical matters
- Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and technical procedures according to established protocols
- Utilize twoway radio communication to coordinate with floor staff and management
- Stay current with industry developments and new slot machine technologies
This position requires attention to detail and technical proficiency in a fastpaced gaming environment.
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older as per legal requirements
- Demonstrated technical proficiency in gaming machine mechanics electronics and electrical functions
- Strong understanding of electronic repair and maintenance procedures
Experience and Education (One of the following):
- Minimum one year of slot machine repair experience
- Completion of an accredited slot repair technical program
Technical Requirements:
- Demonstrated proficiency in the operation of hand and power tools
- Knowledge of diagnostic equipment and testing procedures
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to perform maintenance tasks requiring stooping kneeling and crouching
- Physical capacity to safely push pull and maneuver equipment weighing up to 80 pounds
Additional Requirements:
- Must obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses and certifications
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Professional communication skills
