Job Description
Basic Function:
The maintenance technician is responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on all facility equipment and all property structures.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Maintenance Manager to ensure all projects are completed in a timely manner
- Assist in inspecting buildings equipment and systems to identify any issues
- Perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping painting and carpentry
- Assist in managing heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality
- Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks replace windows etc)
- Check and balance pool chemicals
- Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide
- Pressure washing driveways and walkways
- Run errands as needed
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Working knowledge of tools common appliances and devices.
- Must have a clean driver s license
- Must have reliable transportation (truck or van preferred)
- Must have own tools to perform job duties
- Must be proficient in English (verbal and written)
