Were seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead strategic marketing campaigns across our portfolio. In this role youll orchestrate complex multichannel campaigns while partnering with crossfunctional teams to drive business impact and customer engagement
Key job responsibilities
Facilitate endtoend campaign development and execution from strategic planning through measurement and optimization
Lead crossfunctional workstreams across Creative Media Analytics Product Marketing and Business Intelligence teams
Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines dependencies and resource allocation
Drive operational excellence through standardized processes documentation and best practices
Manage campaign budgets and forecast resource needs across multiple simultaneous projects
Partner with stakeholders to define and track success metrics and KPIs
Support executivelevel communications and presentations
Identify opportunities for process improvement and scaled solutions

5 years of program or project management experience
3 years of working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams experience
Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience in complex problem solving and working in a tight schedule environment
2 years of driving process improvements experience
Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
