About the Role

Were looking for a data-driven collaborative Senior Regional Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing strategy and performance for a group of Allstar brands. This role blends marketing analytics team influence and hands-on execution to ensure brand growth and alignment with national objectives.

Youll serve as the go-to marketing expert for your region-translating insights into action influencing local teams and partnering cross-functionally to maximize impact.

What Youll Do

Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with company-wide goals and tailored to local market needs.

• Partner with local GMs and business leaders to build and implement full-funnel marketing plans that drive lead generation customer acquisition and brand awareness.

• Identify and prioritize opportunities for growth across brands using data and market insights.

Analytics & Performance Optimization

• Analyze marketing performance data across channels and brands using Power BI Excel and other tools.

• Provide actionable insights to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.

• Deliver regular reporting to both local leadership and the central marketing team.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Act as the primary marketing contact for your region building strong partnerships with local and corporate stakeholders.

• Lead monthly regional marketing calls to drive collaboration share wins and troubleshoot challenges.

• Coach and guide local teams on marketing best practices tools and strategy execution.

Budget Management

• Oversee and advise on local marketing spend ensuring resources are effectively allocated to drive results.

• Track marketing ROI and make recommendations for budget optimization.

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing marketing analytics consulting or related roles.

• Proven experience interpreting data to guide marketing decisions-especially using Power BI and Excel.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy (SEO PPC CRM email marketing a plus).

• Experience building and leading multi-channel campaigns across regional or local teams.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• A proactive organized mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced growing environment.

• Bachelors degree in marketing business or a related field.

Experience in home services franchising or other B2C industries is a bonus-but not required.
