As a Loan Origination Specialist within the Wholesale Loan Services team you will coordinate postapproval activities with Credit Risk Officers Bankers and other areas of our team. Your role is crucial in ensuring all loans are closed and funded to meet our clients expectations thereby ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain an individual pipeline of active commercial loans.
- Collect and review legal loan documentation for operational feasibility optimal execution mechanics regulatory requirements and mitigation of operational risk.
- Review and advise on funding mechanics and operational requirements relating to products processes and policies.
- Coordinate the flow of postapproval tasks from mandate to booking.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask through the practice of strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- College degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 24 years experience in commercial loan products and documentation.
