Job Description
Eurofins EAG Laboratories has over 40 years experience in engineering and materials testing services. Our Santa Clara TEM team is looking for a detailoriented Production Control Coordinator to work between customers Production Control dept. and scientists to deliver client data in a timely and reliable manner. The Production Control Coordinator will be responsible for proactively meeting the administrative support needs of the Engineering team & their clients.
Schedule: MonFri 9am6pm
- Logs and tracks the receipt and shipment of all samples into and out of the lab.
- Obtains purchase orders.
- Labels and stores samples in accordance with documented procedures.
- Maintains lab space as clean and organized.
- May perform courier duties as necessary to support lab and client needs.
Pay Range: $2226/per hour.
Employees are expected to comply with ISO 27001 standard and company requirements for Information security.
Qualifications :
- 2 years experience supporting multiple departments and sites in a multifunctional fastpaced environment.
- Attention to detail; integrity and discretion in dealing with confidential matters.
- Strong customer service focus highly organized responsible and detail oriented.
- Work independently under time constraints and handle a multitude of tasks efficiently.
- Must have a valid Drivers License.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Additional information
Position is subject to ITAR government regulations (International Traffic in Arms Regulations).
Physical Requirements:
- Physical dexterity sufficient to use hands arms and shoulders repetitively to operate a keyboard and other office equipment.
- Ability to use a telephone access file cabinets receive and ship customer products
- Ability to sit for periods of time
- Ability to communicate clearly and understandably with sufficient volume to ensure an accurate exchange of information in normal conversational distance over the telephone and in a group setting
- Ability to continuously operate a personal computer for extended periods of time (4 or more hours)
- Ability to lift to 10 lbs.
