They are looking for a diligent and proactive Project Coordinator to support smooth project execution ensuring team alignment and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Coordination
Support the development and implementation of project timelines deliverables and workflows.
Coordinate resources schedules and tools for smooth project execution.
Track milestones and deliverables to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
Assist with on boarding new clients and aligning project scopes.
2. Team Support & Internal Collaboration
Act as a bridge between the creative sales community and operations teams.
Organize and facilitate team checkins status meetings and project retrospectives.
Monitor team task completion and follow up on outstanding actions.
Escalate blockers or risks to the appropriate leads in a timely manner.
3. Client & Partner Communication
Support client on boarding and maintain regular touchpoints to ensure satisfaction.
Document and communicate client feedback clearly to internal teams.
Prepare and send project updates and deliverable reports to clients.
Help ensure that partner and client expectations are met or exceeded.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of project stages updates issues and achievements.
Generate project performance reports and assist in data analysis for process improvement.
Ensure project documentation is uptodate and properly organized on shared platforms.

Requirements
- 3 4 years experience in project coordination or administrative support within a digital creative or media environment.
- Familiarity with project management frameworks.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online productivity tools.
- Bachelors degree in Business Communications Marketing or related fields
