Purpose
- Act as the Administrator and responsible for implementation and oversight of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and its interfaces with the Engineering personnel.
- Issue maintenance work orders and ensure maintenance plans were executed effectively with minimum unplanned interruption to manufacturing.
- Key stakeholder in the maintenance calibration and MRO Spares management systems.
- Ensure proper administrative control and in compliance with AbbVie Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Proactively drive the maintenance trend analysis efforts with other stakeholders to analyze adverse and positive trends and identify issues and improvement opportunities on maintainable assets
Major Responsibilities
- Administer Operate and maintain CMMS (Maximo) & Support MRO Spare parts inventory management system.
- As CMMS system administrator make sure that that system hardware software operating systems and procedures conform to AbbVie norms values and standards
- Must have strong knowledge of CMMS and familiar with preventive corrective and predictive maintenance Techniques. Strong analytical problem solving skills to support end user requirements.
- Effective planning and coordination of maintenance/calibration activities through CMMS taking into account manufacturing schedules resources/skills spare parts availability cost SHE and risks to product integrity due to contamination. Prospectively plan for availability and kitting of MRO spares.
- Coordinate with all functions to do changeover and pitstop planning from the stage of scope gathering scope optimization schedule optimization to flawless execution.
- Periodically assess/ review the maintenance controls to ensure the continued compliance of GMPcritical equipment and document the review in consultation with technical personnel /SMEs content of Job plans frequencies spare part needs and minimum stock levels.
- Manage change control for MAXIMO PM and MRO for create and change of technical attributes
- Ensure that GMP documentation is always auditready.
- Responsible for ensuring all GMP documentation related to maintenance activities is completed accurately and processed to full completion
- Support Maintenance Excellence program generate weekly and Monthly KPIs and highlight to the management in advance if any of the KPIs are not achievable in the coming months.
- Must be able to interface with other departments on troubleshooting and maintenance efforts to come to a resolution.
- Identify critical skills required for the maintenance Planner position and develop a backup resource to work independently as per business continuity program.
Qualifications :
Education
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline
Experience
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of Maximo and SAP are highly preferred
Skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced GMP and Safetyoriented team focused setting.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision and meet timelines.
- Good initiative and communication skills Ability to communicate at all levels.
- Demonstrate active listening by responding appropriately to what others are saying.
- Good training /coaching skills.
- Excellent team player willing to work for the common goal
- Sound technical knowledge coupled with handson experience in maintenance of process equipment are plus
