Job Description
- Assist with general accounting duties as needed
- Processing car dealrelated transactions
- Reconciling accounts and schedules
- Verifying the accuracy of documents
- Preparing and mailing checks if needed
- Provide backup to other staff when necessary and assigned by the direct supervisor
- Scan dealership documentation into electronic recordkeeping system
- Other accounting duties assigned
- Previous experience in a automotive dealership preferred.
- High organized and detailoriented with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
