Training & Learning Management System Coordinator

The Training and LMS Coordinator is responsible for designing developing and implementing learning solutions while coordinating and managing our eLearning system. This includes helping to manage all online courses and deployments maintaining data integrity providing compliance reports system testing providing technical support to end users and performing troubleshooting activities. This position will report to the National Learning and Development Manager.

How you will make an impact

• Design develop and curate digital learning solutions that effectively promote ongoing engagement;
• Enhances L&D solutions based on feedback from stakeholders business matter experts learners measurement tools course evaluation data usage metrics and other key performance indicators;
• Primary point of contact for the Learning Management System;
• Continuously reviews updates maintains and develops orientation and onboarding programs using a consistent framework;
• LMS maintenance and organizing training;
• Responsible for all training records and version control of all training materials;
• Responsible for all program training material and tracking pass/fail status;
• Ability to analyze data to inform the development of learning solutions and plans;
• Provide compliance reports to Site Management (monthly preaudit audit adhoc etc.);
• Coordinate training planning including managing business training matrices (as required);
• Provide troubleshooting support.

What youll bring to our team

• PostSecondary diploma or degree;
• Two (2) years experience in Training & Development;
• Experience with Learning Management System(s);
• Experience using Articulate or Vyond software.;
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies preferred;
• Able to work collaboratively and independently;
• Effective communicator interpersonal written and oral skills and the ability to adapt your writing style to the delivery format and/or to address specific audience needs;
• Ability to lead projects and initiatives;
• Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously;
• Proficient in 0365 Microsoft Suite;
• Resultsoriented and processdriven; and
• Impeccable attention to detail.
