A bit about your role

As Executive Manager Customer Marketing at nbn you will lead a passionate and highperforming team dedicated to shaping and delivering customercentric marketing strategies that drive growth retention and brand preference across Australia. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive 1218 month marketing and communications strategy that aligns with enterprise priorities and commercial objectives.

With a strong focus on collaboration youll work closely with crossfunctional teams including Product & Pricing Insights & Performance Digital and Corporate Communications to ensure a unified and impactful approach to market. Your leadership will be instrumental in translating complex business needs into compelling marketing initiatives that resonate with both residential and business customers.

Youll also play a key role in fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Customer Marketing team championing digitalfirst thinking and integrated campaign planning that supports nbns purpose of lifting the digital capability of Australia.

A bit about you

You are a strategic and empathetic marketing leader with deep experience in consumer and commercial marketing ideally within complex matrixed environments. With over a decade of experience you bring a strong track record of building integrated marketing strategies that deliver measurable outcomes across acquisition retention and brand engagement.

You are commercially astute with a natural ability to connect marketing performance to business impact and you thrive in environments that require both analytical thinking and creative problemsolving.

Your leadership style is inclusive and empoweringyou believe in lifting others as you lead and youre passionate about building capability within your team. You communicate with clarity and purpose and youre skilled at influencing and aligning diverse stakeholders around a shared vision. Above all you are driven by a deep sense of purpose and a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of customers and communities across Australia.
