Highlights
Community Physician Network is actively seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician with a strong interest in executive health services to lead our expanding MyTruAdvantage and Executive Health Program. This unique opportunity blends clinical excellence with program development allowing you to shape personalized health experiences for MyTruAdvantage members and corporate partners.
Personalized patient care with extended visit times
Lowvolume hightouch outpatient schedule
Growing demand from MyTruAdvantages Medicare Advantage membership and executive clients
EPIC EMR with full support team
Licensure & Certifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
Desired Qualifications
Demonstrated excellence in patientcentered care
Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships
Experience with Medicare Advantage populations and valuebased care preferred
