The Sales & Conference Services Manager plays a key role in driving revenue managing highprofile sales accounts and overseeing exceptional conference and event execution. This position requires a dynamic and strategic professional with strong sales acumen negotiation skills and the ability to cultivate longterm client relationships. Additionally the role provides leadership and mentorship to Sales Coordinators ensuring they receive the support and development needed to succeed.
The ideal candidate will be proactive resultsdriven and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service excellence. Strong decisionmaking abilities attention to detail and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential for success in this role.
Starting pay $28 per hour plus bonus. All employees of The Alfond Inn are subject to a background check.
