The Department of Language Literature and Arts is seeking a parttime adjunct faculty at the San Antonio campus. The successful candidate will teach one or more courses in community arts and arts administration. There may be the opportunity to teach core Art Music or English classes. Summer teaching assignments may be available but are not guaranteed.
Salary: $3000/course
Required Education and Experience:
Masters Degree in Art Music Dance Theater or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
18 graduate hours in Art Music Dance Theater or similar field.
Preferred Education and Experience:
College or University teaching experience.
Experience with handson teaching techniques.
Familiarity with the needs of a nontraditional firstgeneration multicultural student body.
Completed M.F.A.
