Production Planning: Develop and schedule production plans to meet customer demand and business objectives.
Process Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve production processes to increase efficiency and product quality while reducing costs.
Team Management: Lead motivate and develop a team of production staff to achieve business goals.
Problem Solving: Analyze production problems identify causes and implement solutions to ensure smooth operations.
Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet quality standards by implementing and maintaining effective quality control procedures.
Inventory Management: Manage raw materials packaging materials and finished goods inventory.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all production equipment is properly maintained to avoid downtime.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all production activities comply with safety regulations.
Cost Control: Monitor production costs and ensure they stay within budget.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement changes to improve efficiency and quality.
Education: HND BSc or MSc in Chemical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production management preferably in the FMCG or personal care industry.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Experience with production management software is a plus.
