We are a growing SaaS company seeking an experienced Bilingual General Virtual Assistant with a strong focus on invoice entry and accounting support. This bilingual role requires fluency in both English and Portuguese and a solid understanding of financial processes. The ideal candidate is detail-driven tech-savvy and capable of managing tasks independently in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and process invoices using cloud-based accounting tools.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
- Support month-end close and assist with financial reporting.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Perform light bookkeeping and data entry as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting support invoicing or bookkeeping.
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
- Strong proficiency with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Xero or similar).
- Familiarity with digital collaboration tools (e.g. Slack Google Workspace).
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Self-starter with reliable internet and remote work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Understanding of international invoicing practices especially Brazil/USA.
