Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team in Saint Louis. This role will be pivotal in executing marketing campaigns and supporting sales initiatives that drive revenue and brand awareness. You will work closely with the Marketing Director and Sales Department to coordinate promotions analyze market trends and ensure the seamless integration of marketing and sales strategies.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and implement marketing and sales strategies across various channels.
Support sales representatives with materials reports and client communications.
Track campaign performance and prepare performance reports.
Collaborate with the creative team on promotional content and campaign materials.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform decision-making.
Assist in planning and executing events product launches and presentations.
Maintain and update CRM systems with relevant client and lead data.
Monitor sales trends and suggest improvements for better conversion and outreach.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
13 years of experience in marketing sales coordination or a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and marketing data.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
