Job Description

Within theSales Supportdivision at GA Telesis the Inside Sales Team focuses on negotiating with suppliers to obtain goods materials and services at the best prices. Using detailed sourcing strategies and extensive knowledge geared toward the aviation industry; theSales Executiverole will be responsible for effectively communicating and maintaining a professional relationship with vendors and customers. Reporting to the Sales Director the ideal candidateswould have a background in sales orders processing able to navigate working in a fastpaced industry and use their personal drive to assist with strategic business planning for FSG (Flight Solution Group) and the company overall. This role is based in Leatherhead UK.

Responsibilities:
  • Gather quotes on parts and services based on customer requirements
  • Fulfill quotes by quoting from stock and/or brokering materials
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with customers
  • Maintain customer opportunities within Salesforce
  • Follow parts traceability requirements set forth
  • Track shipments from freight forwarders and suppliers to ensure prompt delivery
  • Resolve NonConforming Materials (NCO Cage) discrepancies
  • Forecast track and achieve sales revenue with gross margin projections
  • Travel may be required (Less than 10%)
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 1 year of aviation inside sales experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively and selfmotivated
  • Ability to maintain professional relationships with vendors and customers
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Proficient with Excel Outlook PowerPoint etc.
  • Advanced organizational and time management skills the ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous sales experience
  • Experience with Quantum CRM and Salesforce
  • Experience working with ILS Aeroxchange
