Job Description
Location: Chicago IL
Position: FullTime Permanent
About the Role:
As a valued member of our team you will provide comprehensive outpatient care Monday through Friday with occasional asneeded weekend visits. This position does not include formal inpatient responsibilities. You will maintain a small manageable patient panel and offer 24/7 accessibility for urgent patient needs except when on vacation or covered by a colleague.
We are looking for physicians who are eager to engage in all facets of patient care from fitness testing and EKG acquisition to spirometry and phlebotomy ensuring a holistic approach to health and wellness.

This unique role incorporates the principles and responsibilities of concierge medicine offering personalized attentive care and fostering close patientphysician relationships. Qualifications:
Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Clinical competency in primary care and internal medicine practice

Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
Commitment to creating a safe effective and collaborative work environment
Active or eligible for Illinois medical license
