Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly motivated Process Engineer to help design develop and optimize industrial manufacturing processes.
In this role you will
- Initiate and oversee process improvement projects
- Develop standardized work procedures
- Develop project scopes cost estimates schedules and milestones
- Gather data
- Identify early failure indicators and recommend action
- Drive adoption of best practices
To be a good fit for this role you must
- Have a Bachelors degree in Engineering
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred)
- High level of leadership and organizational planning
- Have advanced technical skills in the mechanical/electrical fields
- Thorough knowledge of maintenance systems work order process and preventive maintenance
