Job Description

Are you a creative storyteller digital marketing expert and visual content creator looking to make a meaningful impact A prestigious Culinary Academy in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead the charge in showcasing the academys mission values and student success stories to the world.

In this exciting and purposedriven role youll work alongside a passionate Business Development Team to craft engaging campaigns create inspiring content and shape the academys digital identity. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates who bring a mix of marketing strategy graphic design and photography skillsand are eager to use their talent to promote educational excellence and community engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Design and execute impactful digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (website social media email digital ads).
  • Align all efforts with the academys strategic goals positioning and brand voice.

Visual Content Creation

  • Plan and produce highquality graphics videos and photography to support marketing initiatives and bring the academys story to life.
  • Capture events student activities and instructor highlights for visual storytelling.

Social Media Management

  • Own and grow the academys social media presence on Instagram LinkedIn Twitter and emerging platforms.
  • Create and schedule compelling content to engage followers and increase reach.

SEO & Online Visibility

  • Implement SEO best practices and support SEM initiatives to enhance website traffic and discoverability.

Email Campaigns & Audience Engagement

  • Build and manage targeted email marketing campaigns to promote programmes events and success stories.
  • Monitor engagement and refine campaigns using performance insights.

Analytics & Optimisation

  • Use analytics tools to track KPIs assess campaign performance and generate reports.
  • Leverage insights to optimise content targeting and messaging.

Website Collaboration & Updates

  • Support website updates and improvements in collaboration with the technical/web team ensuring a userfriendly and visually aligned experience.

Brand Alignment & Messaging

  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels campaigns and materials.

Partnership Support & CrossTeam Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Business Development Assistant Communications Officer and Graphic Designer to align messaging and maximise outreach.
  • Support the development of external partnerships sponsor promotions and institutional campaigns.

Budget Awareness

  • Help manage the marketing budget to ensure costeffective execution of campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Media Advertising or a related field.
  • 25 years of experience in a digital marketing or creative role (preferably in education hospitality F&B or creative industries).
  • Proven experience with marketing strategy content creation and multichannel campaign execution.
  • Graphic design and photography skills are essential experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms trends and engagement strategies.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM Google Analytics email marketing platforms (Mailchimp HubSpot etc.).
  • Excellent written and visual storytelling abilities.
  • Ability to work crossfunctionally in a fastpaced and creative environment.
  • Creative proactive resultsdriven and highly adaptable to digital trends.
