Job Description

1. Business Ownership & Growth Strategy

  • Define and implement an aggressive go-to-market strategy for the Joineries business across wood adhesives panels and furniture hardware categories.
  • Build a B2B-focused growth roadmap targeting furniture OEMs modular kitchen manufacturers interior contractors and channel partners.
  • Identify white spaces in the market and craft differentiated offerings aligned with current demand shifts (e.g. modular trends sustainability focus and MDF vs plywood adoption).

2. Sales Leadership & Channel Management

  • Build lead and scale a national sales team with strong regional execution capability.
  • Develop a high-velocity channel distribution model for semi-wholesalers hardware dealers panel distributors and modular component suppliers.
  • Establish deep relationships with OEM customers and project contractors offering integrated product bundles and reliable delivery models.

3. Marketing Branding & Demand Generation

  • Lead the development of a unified brand architecture for Astral’s Joinery solutions in the B2B space.
  • Design and implement pull-marketing strategies digital outreach influencer engagement (e.g. carpenters architects) and customer education programs.
  • Execute regional and vertical-specific campaigns that promote premiumization usage consistency and category adoption.

4. Product & Commercial Innovation

  • Work closely with Product R&D and Procurement teams to define product specs pricing and packaging aligned with market needs (e.g. waterproof adhesives soft-close fittings pre-laminated panels).
  • Lead pricing strategy trade schemes margin design and cost-to-serve optimization with clear ROI metrics.
  • Continuously benchmark against top competitors and introduce innovation-led offerings.

5. Project Sales & Institutional Business

  • Develop and scale a project sales vertical targeting furniture fit-out companies office furnishing projects residential builders hospitality firms and public infrastructure.
  • Drive institutional tie-ups and bulk procurement partnerships with builders kitchen manufacturers and facility developers.

6. Strategic Alliances & Market Development

  • Forge strategic alliances with kitchen hardware firms modular component aggregators and project installation networks.
  • Develop channel financing training and after-sales models to build loyalty and ensure repeat usage.
  • Represent Astral in industry forums exhibitions and trade networks to expand visibility and brand trust.
