Assist in the review drafting and administration of contracts subcontracts and purchase orders.
Track contract milestones deliverables and obligations to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
Support the preparation of contract amendments extensions and closeout documents.
Support the identification documentation and negotiation of contract variations and claims.
Maintain logs of change requests claims and contract correspondences.
Assist in the preparation of justification and documentation for scope changes and delays.
Coordinate with procurement and project controls teams on commercial issues.
Contribute to the development of procurement strategies and bid evaluations.
Monitor vendor and subcontractor performance against contractual commitments.
Identify potential contractual risks and escalate issues to the Contracts Manager.
Ensure all contract activities comply with company policies industry regulations and local laws.
Support audits and internal reviews of contract documentation and processes.
Liaise with internal stakeholders (engineering construction finance legal) to ensure proper contract interpretation and execution.
Interface with subcontractors and suppliers to resolve contractual issues onsite.
Bachelors degree in Business Law Engineering Quantity Surveying or related field.
Experience in contracts administration or contract support roles in the mining or industrial construction sector.
Experience working with standard contracts.
Familiarity with construction and procurement practices on largescale energy projects.
Proficiency in MS Office and contract management systems.
Strong organizational analytical and communication skills.
Willingness to work on a remote or sitebased rotation schedule as needed.
