Job Description

Legal Intern

We are looking for a Legal Intern who thrives in a fastpaced and challenging environment.

  • To assist thelegalteam in managing relevant tasks related tolegalresearch drafting and compliance.
  • To conduct research on specificlegalaspects and prepare comprehensive documents based on the findings.
  • Drafting reviewing and redlining of NDAs and other agreements as per the business requirement.
  • Providelegalsupport and coordinate with internal stakeholders as may be necessary.
Requirements
  • Prefinal year BA LLB BBA LLB students with experience and/or interest in the SaaS industry.
  • Inhouse experience (internship)
  • Exposure to areas such as Employment laws compliance laws contracts
  • Domain knowledge on Contracts
  • Sound knowledge of commercial contracting other principles underlying the law of contracts across geographies and industries global standards and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly
  • Good attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • A good understanding of AI technology intellectual property and corporatelaws.
  • Duration of internship 1 month (subject to extension on the basis of performance and business requirements)
  • Working Model 5 days (Remote)
