Legal Intern
We are looking for a Legal Intern who thrives in a fastpaced and challenging environment.
- To assist thelegalteam in managing relevant tasks related tolegalresearch drafting and compliance.
- To conduct research on specificlegalaspects and prepare comprehensive documents based on the findings.
- Drafting reviewing and redlining of NDAs and other agreements as per the business requirement.
- Providelegalsupport and coordinate with internal stakeholders as may be necessary.
- Prefinal year BA LLB BBA LLB students with experience and/or interest in the SaaS industry.
- Inhouse experience (internship)
- Exposure to areas such as Employment laws compliance laws contracts
- Domain knowledge on Contracts
- Sound knowledge of commercial contracting other principles underlying the law of contracts across geographies and industries global standards and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly
- Good attention to detail and organisational abilities
- A good understanding of AI technology intellectual property and corporatelaws.
- Duration of internship 1 month (subject to extension on the basis of performance and business requirements)
- Working Model 5 days (Remote)
