Job Description

Looking for your next step in payroll and finance

Join a wellestablished CySECregulated Investment Firm based in Limassol with a strong track record in the financial markets since 2010. This is your chance to become part of a professional team known for delivering advanced trading tools and services to clients across the globe.

As a Payroll & Reporting Officer you will be responsible for managing endtoend payroll processes ensuring compliance with local legislation and supporting senior management through timely and accurate reporting and financial analysis.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the payroll process ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
  • Maintain employee records including contracts and amendments.
  • Handle monthly payroll submissions bank transfers social insurance and tax payments.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports.
  • Create both scheduled and ad hoc financial analysis reports.
  • Monitor and process employee leave advances and other payrollrelated requests.
  • Provide support to the CFO with administrative and financial tasks as needed.

What you bring:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a payrollfocused role.
  • Experience in the FX or financial services sector will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems; knowledge of Premier Payroll is a plus.
  • Understanding of Cyprus labour laws and payroll regulations.
  • Fluent in Greek and English with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Information & Benefits:

  • Gross Monthly Salary: 1800 to 2000 (depending on experience)
