As a Payroll & Reporting Officer you will be responsible for managing endtoend payroll processes ensuring compliance with local legislation and supporting senior management through timely and accurate reporting and financial analysis.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the payroll process ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
- Maintain employee records including contracts and amendments.
- Handle monthly payroll submissions bank transfers social insurance and tax payments.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports.
- Create both scheduled and ad hoc financial analysis reports.
- Monitor and process employee leave advances and other payrollrelated requests.
- Provide support to the CFO with administrative and financial tasks as needed.
What you bring:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a payrollfocused role.
- Experience in the FX or financial services sector will be considered an advantage.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with payroll systems; knowledge of Premier Payroll is a plus.
- Understanding of Cyprus labour laws and payroll regulations.
- Fluent in Greek and English with strong communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Information & Benefits:
- Gross Monthly Salary: 1800 to 2000 (depending on experience)
