LinkedIn: As an Oracle HCM Payroll Functional Consultant, you will: Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with a strong focus on the Payroll module. Stay up to date with payroll legislation, tax codes, and employment regulations to ensure full compliance. Configure the Oracle HCM Payroll system in alignment with statutory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices. Customize and optimize payroll processes and reporting capabilities to meet specific business needs. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze payroll-related requirements and translate them into system functionalities. Design and execute comprehensive test plans to validate payroll processing accuracy, system reliability, and compliance. Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving payroll-related system errors, discrepancies, and user issues. Lead payroll system initiatives as part of broader IT modernization efforts, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems. What You Bring to the Table: 6 8 years of overall experience, with proven functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in the Payroll module. Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules and payroll configuration. Deep understanding of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and statutory reporting standards. Hands-on experience in customizing payroll processes, developing test cases, and validating results. Proficient in gathering and translating business requirements into technical configurations. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. You Should Possess the Ability to: Ensure payroll systems are fully compliant with local legislation and global standards. Design and implement scalable Oracle HCM Payroll configurations and enhancements. Troubleshoot complex issues independently and implement long-term solutions. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and IT.
