Whats the role
This is a permanent fulltime role based in Gold Coast (or flexible location) with hybrid working arrangements available.
Join our Lending Technology team supporting Westpacs personal loan platform. As a Senior Technical Lead youll play a vital role in application support solution design and delivery across our core banking systems. This includes contributing to the ongoing enhancement of our AS400based personal loan system (ICBS) and ensuring system stability across integrated platforms. The role forms part of a 24x7 oncall production support rotation.
What do I need
- Strong experience with AS400 RPG ControlM and software deployment processes
- Deep knowledge of system design interface integration and production support in complex environments
- Proven ability to lead delivery pipelines troubleshoot complex issues and guide technical teams
- Experience in Agile delivery and tools like JIRA Confluence and Kanban boards
- Background in lending systems or financial services is highly desirable
- Willingness to participate in afterhours support as part of a 24x7 shared roster
