Location: Saint Louis Missouri (Onsite Must work from the office)

Work Type: Inperson (strictly onsite)

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for an individual who has a passion for event planning and execution with a keen eye for detail and strong multitasking abilities. As an Assistant Event Coordinator you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning organization and coordination of various events including corporate meetings weddings and community gatherings.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish.
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue selection catering and audio/visual requirements.
  • Manage event timelines and schedules to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary materials and services.
  • Help create event budgets and track expenses to stay within financial guidelines.
  • Assist in marketing and promoting events through various channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in hospitality event management or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in event coordination or similar roles is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
