Job Description

Client Marketing
This Client Marketing role supports the execution of strategic initiatives in partnership with Marketing and Distribution colleagues aimed at acquiring developing and retaining clients. By utilizing traditional as well as dynamic methods such as client segmentation marketing automation digital and social methods this job aims to execute campaign deliverables that deliver highquality leads to the sales organization.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Assists in the execution of GoToMarket plan deliverables including defining requirements coordinating timelines removing roadblocks managing compliance and legal review processes and facilitating the handoff between teams for execution.
  • Establishes and maintains strong working relationships and collaboration with sales organization and business partners.
  • Contributes to journey mapping for their respective audience segmentation including identifying gaps pain points positive experiences and identifying opportunities for future state needs.
  • Assists with campaign execution in partnership with functional marketing team members.
  • Understands departmental measurements and KPIs based on overall business goals.
  • Provides tactical and custom marketing support aligned with Client marketing support model in partnership with functional areas of marketing.
Educational Requirements
  • University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience
  • 3 Years Required; 5 Years Preferred
Physical Requirements
  • Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work

Career Level

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years marketing and project management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years marketing campaign and project management experience
    University degree
  • Previous experience w/ Workfront and Workfront processes
  • Previous experience in financial services
  • Previous experience in wealth marketing

Anticipated Posting End Date:

Base Pay Range: $99900/yr $150000/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon but not limited to relevant experience time in role base salary of internal peers prior performance business sector and geographic location. In addition to base salary the competitive compensation package may include depending on the role participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example annual discretionary incentive programs nonannual sales incentive plans or other nonannual incentive plans).
