Job Description

ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be the frontline representative of our company providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries resolve issues and ensure that clients have a positive experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to assist customers.
  • Process orders returns and exchanges accurately in the system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues were resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions in the customer database.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
