Your Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Inside Sales Director (ISD) to lead develop and support our Inside Sales team. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales the ISD will drive growth through effective leadership of Inside Sales Managers (ISMs) and Account Managers (AMs). The ISD will play a pivotal role in acquiring new customers expanding current accounts and ensuring the sales team meets and exceeds goals in alignment with DocuWares growth strategy.
This is a hybrid work scheduled with two days a week required in our Beacon NY office.
Lead coach and develop a highperforming team of Inside Sales Managers and Account Managers.
Set clear sales goals and KPIs; monitor performance and drive team success.
Develop and implement strategies for new customer acquisition and account expansion.
Oversee recruitment onboarding and ongoing training of sales staff.
Foster a culture of motivation continuous learning and achievement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate sales data analyze results and report on team activities to management.
What you need to succeed
Bachelors degree or equivalent; formal training in solution sales methodology (e.g. SPIN Sandler Challenger Miller Heiman)
7 years of successful solution sales experience (software/SaaS preferred) consistently meeting quotas
Demonstrated leadership experienceleading teams projects or mentoring
Strong understanding of the B2B buyers journey sales funnels and lead generation
Excellent business process knowledge (invoice processing contract lifecycle HR)
Exceptional communication presentation and analytical skills
Proficient in CRM tools (MS Dynamics MS BI) and software demonstrations
Fluent in English (German a plus)
Strong team player organized adaptable and passionate about learning and company culture
What we can offer
$75000 base plus commission OTE is expected range of $90000 to $125000.
