Sheehy Auto Stores seeks an energeticParttime Receptionist. As the Receptionist you will have the opportunity to impact our overall customer experience each day as our dealerships first impression representative. Are you friendly professional and looking for a flexible parttime position Join our team as a PartTime Receptionist!!
Schedule:
Fridays: 3:00 pm. 7:00 pm.
Every other Saturday: 8:00 am. 6:00 pm. (Includes a 1hour lunch break)
Holiday coverage is part of the role.
- Additional hours may be available in a support role for our appointment coordinator team.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and visitors with a welcoming attitude
Answer and route incoming calls in a professional manner
Provide general administrative support to dealership staff
Maintain a clean and organized front desk/reception area
Assist with various clerical tasks as needed
- High School Diploma or higher
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable punctual and detailoriented
- Must be available to work scheduled hours consistently including holiday coverage
- A clean driving record & valid drivers license
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Must be able to pass preemployment testing to include background checks (MVR drug test)
