Job Description:
Our client operates as a manufacturing and wholesale enterprise is seeking a highly organized and experienced Administration Manager to lead all administrative functions within the factory in Prawet Bangkok. This multifaceted role is crucial for ensuring efficient daily operations managing personnel and resources and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will be a handson leader with a strong service mindset and excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations & Efficiency:
- Manage daytoday administrative tasks including office management record maintenance and implement organizational procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
- Effectively allocate resources manage budgets and identify costsaving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards maintaining records and updating necessary licenses and permits.
- Oversee facilities management including maintaining physical infrastructure and ensuring a safe and clean work environment.
- Manage vendor relations negotiating contracts and ensuring costeffective services.
- Handle comprehensive document management and recordkeeping ensuring all records are organized accessible and compliant.
2. Personnel Legal & Regulatory Compliance:
- Manage payroll processing ensuring accurate and timely payments and maintaining precise employee records.
- Stay current with labor laws wage regulations and safety standards to ensure full compliance.
- Adhere to OSHA regulations developing and enforcing safety policies and protocols to create a safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations.
- Conduct internal and external audits and reconcile payroll accounts monthly.
- Promote a strong culture of safety by implementing safety protocols and conducting regular inspections.
3. Strategic Support & Communication:
- Provide administrative support and data to aid in strategic planning and decisionmaking processes.
- Facilitate effective communication flow between all departments and employees within the organization.
4. General Administration:
- Provide administrative support to other departments such as HR sales or production.
- Manage internal and external communication including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.
- Oversee office inventory and supplies to ensure adequate availability for daily operations.
- Implement and oversee security measures to safeguard factory assets and personnel.
- Assist in managing various factory projects including renovations facility upgrades or new equipment purchases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Industrial Management or a related field.
- Minimum 810 years of experience in administrative or operations management with a preference for experience in a factory or industrial environment.
- Proven experience managing multiple departments such as Safety HR Admin Maintenance IT Purchasing and Facilities.
- Strong understanding of labor laws OSHA regulations and administrative compliance (audits permits licenses).
- Skilled in budgeting cost control vendor negotiation and resource allocation.
- High level of organizational and execution ability capable of prioritizing planning and delivering under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Proficient in MS Office and administrative tools; experience with ERP or document management systems is a plus.
- A handson leader with a service mindset strong coordination skills and a high sense of responsibility.
