Change Management Partner Drive Transformation at Scale
Are you passionate about leading change and shaping the future of finance systems Join us as aChange Management Partnerand play a pivotal role in the successful rollout of a cuttingedge SAP S/4HANA platform. Youll be at the heart of a highimpact transformation guiding teams through change and ensuring a seamless user experience.
What Youll Do
- Champion change initiatives within the Business Change Management (BCM) team ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
- Design and implement change management strategies across multiple SAP S/4HANA releases.
- Lead stakeholder engagement role mapping and change impact assessments (CIA).
- Manage and energize the Change Agent Network empowering Super Users and Change Agents to drive adoption.
- Collaborate with Deployment Release and Transformation teams to align goals and deliver results.
- Work closely with Product and Functional Process Owners applying both agile and waterfall methodologies.
Good to have:
Professional Experience:
- Proven track record in business change management ideally in largescale transformation programs.
- Familiarity with Agile Lean Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with IT implementation projects (SAP experience is a plus).
Personal Attributes:
- Proactive innovative and selfdriven.
- Strong communicator with excellent analytical and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in remote crossfunctional teams.
- Resilient and adaptable in dynamic environments.
