Description

The Director People and Culture (P&C) leads the people culture and capability strategy at the Australian College of Nursing (ACN).

The Director P&C is responsible for ensuring the implementation of best practice people and culture initiatives throughout the employee life cycle fostering a supportive safe and inclusive workplace aligned with ACNs values whilst facilitating the enhancement of People and Culture infrastructure processes and governance.



Skills And Experiences

To be considered for this exciting role you will need to meet the following selection criteria and demonstrate how you meet these in a covering letter:

Selection Criteria

  • Minimum 10 years experience in HR people and culture employee relations industrial relations or similar roles.
  • Proven experience in senior People and Culture roles with a strong track record of working effectively and collaboratively in organisations undergoing change and transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster a positive organisational culture that prioritises psychological safety and trust.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels combined with a collaborative approach to work effectively across divisions and departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse data draw conclusions and recommendations to drive People and culture strategy
  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a Bachelors Degreein a related field.
