The Head of Build will be a transformational leader tasked with building and scaling a highperformance growth function that combines talent acquisition culturebuilding and strategic branddriven outreach campaigns. This leader will shape the culture voice and reach of Mach Industries globally. Leading a small agile team the Head of Build will operate as a player/coachsetting the vision and actively involved in execution. This individual will be responsible for creating unconventional highimpact strategies and work closely with every functionoperations engineering manufacturing business development and executive leadership. The right person will thrive in ambiguity move fast and bring a deep understanding of how people culture and brand intersect to drive growth. Plan develop and execute differentiated strategies that drive company growth through recruiting branding outreach and cultural alignment.
Design and lead endtoend talent acquisition systems that scale with speed and precision from shop floor to senior leadership.
Cultivate strategic relationships with schools and industry partners to create a dynamic pipeline of toptier talent.
Build and lead a highperforming team focused on proactive outreach missionfirst storytelling and relationshipbased recruiting.
Develop and own KPIs and metrics that go beyond traditional benchmarksemphasizing speed quality cultural fit and longterm impact.
Partner with leadership across all functions to anticipate growth needs and shape hiring roadmaps that unlock execution.
Stay current on market trends in compensation benefits and equityensuring offers remain competitive and compelling.
5 years of experience operating in a startup or highgrowth environment where systems and strategies had to be built from the ground up.
Proven ability to scale and lead highperformance teams.
Must be able to coach train and work effectively through others but willing to be hands on to accomplish the mission.
Datadriven highly organized and experienced in managing budgets and making decisions based on metrics.
Experience in defense aerospace complex manufacturing or other highly regulated IPintensive industries.
Experience designing and leading employer branding or talent marketing campaigns.
Demonstrated ability to act as a culturebuildershaping company values and aligning teams through conventional and unconventional means.
Deep relationships within target industry networks universities or strategic recruiting pipelines.

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offers may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience education and training critical skills and business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in most offers and are considered part of Machs total compensation package.
