Job Description
- Lead and manage the entire accounts team ensuring smooth daytoday operations.
- Oversee accounting systems finalization of accounts reconciliations and audit preparation.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST TDS Income Tax PF ESI
- etc.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports budgets and forecasts for management review.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of company financial transactions.
- Coordinate with external auditors vendors clients and government agencies.
- Monitor cash flow fund utilization and support strategic financial planning.
- Implement internal controls and improve financial systems and processes.
- Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Commerce Accounting or Finance (CA/Inter CA preferred).
- Minimum 710 years of experience in core accounting roles with at least 3 years in a
- leadership capacity.
- Proficiency in Tally MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong leadership communication and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with NSDC project accounting or governmentfunded project finance is a
- plus.
