Team Description
Join a dynamic highimpact Agile Delivery team responsible for driving strategic product and engineering initiatives across the organization. This role reports directly into senior leadership and plays a key role in aligning delivery execution with business strategy. The team partners closely with crossfunctional stakeholders including VPs SVPs and Clevel executives to ensure scaled datadriven delivery of business value.
Your Impact
Drive company strategy execution through agile delivery frameworks (Scrum Kanban)
Champion agile practices and foster a highperformance culture focused on continuous improvement
Use data and metrics to derive insights measure delivery effectiveness and inform decisionmaking
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and value delivery
Own quarterly planning intake and capacity alignment processes
Partner with the PMO to ensure consistent and effective delivery coverage across teams
Lead with influence to drive accountability and agile maturity across teams
Promote a culture of agility collaboration and outcomebased delivery
Your Qualifications
1015 years of experience delivering value through agile methodologies
Proven experience in largescale agile transformations and enterpriselevel agile delivery
Strong track record of leading teams and teams of teams through OKRdriven frameworks
Deep knowledge of SaaS delivery models and managing offshore/onshore engineering teams
Expert in Scrum Lean XP agile scaling frameworks and related delivery methodologies
Strong leadership and communication skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders
Preferred Skills
Prior experience leading a centralized PMO Agile Delivery Function and/or Agile Practice Centre of excellence
Must have worked with Jira as the engineering tracking system.
Background in Business Intelligence & Data Analytics.
Skilled in coaching teams and senior leaders in agile practices
