Job Summary:
Full Steam Staffing is seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient flow of goods in our warehouse located in Azusa CA. The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish/English) detailoriented and thrives in a fastpaced environment. This role requires strong leadership communication and organizational skills with the flexibility to adjust schedules during peak seasons.
Job Title: Warehouse Lead
Salary: $17$24 per hour
Hours: 8:00 am 4:30 pm
Benefits: Medical Dental AD&D
Job Responsibilities:
- Routing shipments and overseeing logistics.
- Checking in drivers and coordinating delivery schedules.
- Building Bills of Lading for outgoing shipments.
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Fluent in Spanish and English for effective communication.
- Basic math skills for inventory and order accuracy.
- Writing emails and communicating effectively with team members.
- Operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading trailers with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.
- Detailoriented and able to maintain organized workspaces.
- Proficient in computer literacy for data entry and inventory management.
- Capable of multitasking in a fastpaced warehouse environment.
Additional Requirements:
- Location: Azusa CA.
- Open to working weekends and flexible schedule adjustments during peak seasons.
