The Account Supervisor serves as a strategic leader and key point of contact between the agency and its clients. This role is responsible for overseeing the daytoday management of client accounts ensuring the delivery of highquality work and driving business growth. The Account Supervisor plays a crucial role in aligning client goals with agency capabilities managing crossfunctional teams and fostering strong client relationships. The Account Supervisor will report into an Account Director for client support and escalation as well as career counseling and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client projects and forge relationships across the business both internally and with clients
  • Lead teams through small to large scale initiatives with oversight of daytoday tasks
  • Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams ensuring clear communication and seamless execution of campaigns and projects
  • Manage timelines schedules and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines
  • Prepare meeting agendas recaps status reports and other clientfacing documentation
  • Monitor project budgets and assist with billing estimates and tracking expenses
  • Partner with creative and production teams to ensure integrated campaign delivery
  • Demonstrate strong presentation and effective communication skills

Additional Requirements for the client:

  • They are a West Coastbased company; therefore this individual must work PST hours regardless of their location
  • This person should be adaptable ready to roll with the punches wear multiple hats and help build processes where they may not currently exist
  • A consultative approach to client management is essential. This is not just an ordertaking role
  • Enthusiasm is a must! Were working with a major tech client on a new and evolving engagement. While not everything is ironed out yet were having a great time and looking for team members who share that positive collaborative energy

Qualifications:

  • Motivates crossfunctional teamwork towards elevating the bar and delivering businessbased marketing with flawless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Responsible for getting the best work/creative out of the team and selling it to the client.
  • Demonstrates strong presentation skills.
  • Persuasive storyteller who can work with/present to any client.
  • Follows the tenants of Trusted Advisor to the clients.
  • Exhibits indepth knowledge of the clients business.
  • Acts judiciously when making decisions for the client the team & direct reports.
  • Leads by example.
  • Establishes the tone & culture of the team.
  • Anticipates & proactively addresses challenges/issues.
  • Conduct themselves with character & integrity.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of experience
  • Digital experience preferred

The annual salary range for this position is $68000$110400. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience knowledge skills and other factors permitted by law.
